Georgia Vasilopoulou

Georgia Vasilopoulou grew up in Canada and is bilingual. She is a graduate of York University in Toronto, majoring in Political Science and Mass Media.

Georgia has been working as an English teacher in Greece since 1999. She has acquired the CPE (Cambridge Proficiency Examination) with a grade of Excellent and the TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) from the University of Cambridge. She frequently attends conferences and seminars to learn new techniques and to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of foreign language teaching to non-native speakers.

Georgia believes that languages need to be learned in a natural and active manner, stimulating real communication skills for students to experience the language in the classroom. Her aim is to educate and instil the knowledge that will inspire students to discover the multifaceted and interesting functions of the English language.
