Teacher of English and Greek

Tzela Karkantzou has a Certificate of Proficiency in English and has been teaching the language since 2005. She holds a BA in Greek Culture from the Department of Humanities of the Hellenic Open University. She has also a good knowledge of the Italian language.

Tzela was born and raised in Athens, but since 2005 she has been living and working in Nafpaktos, her place of origin. She has a son, Konstantinos. In recent years she has presided over the Association of Parents and Guardians of the 2nd Primary School of Nafpaktos.

Tzela cares about the town where she lives and envisions the improvement of the quality of life in it. She loves learning languages, travelling and reading books.
