Olga Kotantoula is a Vocational Training Institute graduate, certified by the National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP) as an "Administrative and Financial Executive of Companies - Secretary". She is also an accredited Trainer for Adults (OAED-LAEK) and has attended seminars on adult education training. She possesses an ECDL certificate in computer use and has been working in secretarial support since 1998.

Administrative Assistant 

Voula Rammou is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration of the School of Management & Economics at Athens University of Applied Sciences. She has acquired ECDL CORE and ECDL EXPERT certification in the use of computers. She speaks English very well and has a basic knowledge of Spanish. She has attended training seminars and scientific conferences including "Autism: Early detection and treatment", "Entrepreneurship Conference" and "Corporate Social Responsibility", among others.

Fully trained in all aspects of secretarial support, Voula knows how to solve every problem with a smile. She is responsible, polite, positive, diligent and cooperative. She loves her job very much, but above all she loves children. Voula has a very good rapport and excellent communication with children and she enjoys spending time with them. She also likes foreign languages, travelling, reading and music.
