Alexandra Ioannou

English teacher

Alexandra Ioannou is a Vocational Training Institute (IEK) graduate and holds a degree in ‘Early Childhood Education and Creative Expression Activities’. She learned to love the English language through her teachers, who taught with passion, giving out their love and smile generously to their students. With them as role models, she decided to enter the field of foreign language education. She has been teaching English since 2000. She has experience at all levels and believes that learning never ends and is fun!!!

Alexandra has attended many seminars on classroom management, English language teaching methodology and technology in foreign language teaching. She has also obtained the Certificate of Proficiency (ECPE) of the University of Michigan, as well as Certificates of Proficiency (CPE) and Teaching Knowledge Test (TKT) of Cambridge University. She believes that teaching a foreign language should be a pleasant process and that students should have fun learning a foreign language while being able to express their views openly in the classroom.
